These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PuffBusters mobile application ("App") provided by Iron Balloon Studios ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use PuffBusters only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or security
• Upload harmful or offensive content to the community section

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

Some features of the App may be available only through a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Iron Balloon Studios and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

5. User Content

You may post content to the community section. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or other users.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Balloon Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
